Block of rooms reserved for wedding guests at 2 nearby hotels. Go to Travel, WEBSITE, use booking link. Reserve by 9/13, 1.La Quinta-continental breakfast, in room microwave, fridge, and coffee. Sink and countertop mirror area seperate from bathroom, no long mirror. check in oct 4 or Oct 5, 3pm check out on oct 6 11am, if only staying one night you can request early check in/or luggage, no additional charge, you can stay additional night at the locked in rate, when calling, make sure to say stahl-sistena wedding. Indoor pool, sauna, fitness center. 2. Double Tree-option of staying one or two nights, use the booking link or say stahl-sistena wedding if calling for reservation. One full menu breakfast included, each additional breakfast is $10 per room. Hotel includes a restaurant, closes at 9 and bar closes at 10pm. Outdoor pool, fitness room, and convenience food area with microwave. Rooms have sink and mirror in bathroom, more spacious rooms with a long wall mirror, check in at 3pm

Yes! Limited parking (75 parking spots) carpooling with a designated driver or Uber is recommended. Parking lot is at the end of the road and a golf cart shuttle service is available to take you from the parking area to the wedding ceremony. There is no overnight parking so please drink responsibly, The gate to venue will close at 2:25 for ceremony privacy, then reopen after ceremony, and remain open for for Uber pick up, etc.

Due to limited parking, we would like to encourage our guests to use a ride-share service or carpool, if necessary, especially if you plan on partying like we do!

Kids activities will include corn hole, (rubber)axe throwing, face painting, giant connect four, a Photo Booth, and of course, dancing!

There will be an open bar serving beer and wine, immediately following the ceremony until 8:30pm. No one under 21 will be served.

There will be a bathroom located inside the reception area and additional ones located outside near the cocktail lounge. There is unfortunately no swimming allowed at the pool, and a lifeguard will be on duty for the duration of the wedding. There is no cigarette smoking due to fire hazards.

The ceremony will start at 2:30pm, but exactly at 2:25, 5 minutes before the start of the ceremony the gates to the main road will close, and reopen after conclusion of ceremony, so please plan accordingly.

The ceremony will be taking place outside in front of the barn, and the reception will take place outside and inside the barn. The address is 9687 Tesla Rd Livermore CA 94550. Look for it on the right-hand side after passing Cross Rd.

It will be an indoor/outdoor event, however the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place only outside.

The reception will end at 8:30pm.
